A gentle massage promotes the nourishing and relaxing effects of the Kneipp Massage Oil Joint & Muscle. It has a base of arnica and ginger extracts, shea butter as well as nourishing sunflower oil and moisturizing almond oil.
Apply a thin layer. Massage in with gentle pressure with circular motion.
